Delivery

 

All UK and Northern Ireland orders are sent either by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery or by a tracked courier depending on weight. Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched normally within 48 hours of placing your order. However please note, this may take up to 3 working days. The Original Tea Towel Co Ltd will only deliver to destinations within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland unless previously agreed.

 

There is a standard delivery charge of £1.99 for tea towels and cards, and £3.99 for prints. This will be automatically added to the order total at checkout.

 

In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days from the due date of delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland - at only that point can the Post Office officially declare the package as lost. If it is discovered that an incorrect address has been supplied we will not be liable for the failure to deliver.

Please Note: we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Industrial Action within the Royal Mail Service or transport networks.

 

Returns Policy

 

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be notified in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your product to dave@originalteatowel.co.uk and sent back within a period of 14 days from receipt. Returns should be made in their original undamaged packaging and we suggest you obtain proof of posting and send via a trackable service. We cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.

Incorrect, damaged or faulty items are fully exchangeable or refundable depending on your preference.  You should retain proof of posting and inform us of the cost of the return to dave@originalteatowel.co.uk and we will arrange an appropriate refund. Please note that postage refunds are only applicable to damaged items, and that any returns for exchange or refund is not refundable by the company. The Original Tea Towel Co Ltd does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will exchange the item upon receipt.  If exchange is not possible a full refund will be issued.

Please allow 5-7 days following confirmation for refunds to credit.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights.
